Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility * We provide a 7-day window for returns and exchanges starting from the date of delivery. * Returns are accepted solely if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accommodate returns based on a change of mind. * The item must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached. * Proof of the issue (photo/video) is necessary for damaged or incorrect items prior to approval. 2. No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders Regrettably, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for international customers at this moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 3. Non-Returnable Items * Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. * Size exchanges are permissible only after the returned item has been inspected. * Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange. 4. Return & Exchange Process * Step 1: Contact us via email at info@ansarisattire.com or reach out to us through our official WhatsApp number within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the issue. * Step 2: Submit clear photo/video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item. * Step 3: Upon approval, ship the item to the following address: 📍 A-561, Hasrat Mohani Colony, Manghopir Road, Karachi, Pakistan. * Step 4: After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days. 5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility * Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. * Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 6.
