Return & Refund Policy

At Ansari’s Attire, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our products. We understand that issues may occasionally occur, and we are here to assist you. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• We offer a 7-day window for returns and exchanges starting from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Photo or video proof of the issue is required for approval in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

2. No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Size exchanges are permitted only after the returned item has been inspected.
• Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ansarisattire.com or via our official WhatsApp number +92 325 6061040. Include your order number and details of the issue.

Step 2: Provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Step 3: Upon approval, ship the item to the following address: A-561, Hasrat Mohani Colony,Manghopir Road, Karachi, Pakistan.

Step 4: After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after item inspection,

using a payment method agreed upon by both parties.
